Kyle Abraham of Ogeltree Deakins will discuss key solutions to a major business threat to electrical contractors, including the recent changes to union organizing.

Kyle represents employers in labor and employment law matters. His practice includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, contract administration issues, and representing employers before labor arbitrators, the NLRB, and the Oregon Employment Relations Board. In addition, Kyle is an experienced workplace investigator. Before private practice, Kyle served in the Air Force as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) and continues his military service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Oregon National Guard.
