The recent Executive Order from Governor Kotek is a direct threat to open competition. This sweeping requirement threatens free and open competition, stifles economic growth for independent contractors, and ultimately drives up costs for businesses and taxpayers. We will discuss this and other contract issues that open shop contractors need to be aware of.

Matt practices in the areas of construction and design litigation to help contractors resolve disputes arising from private and public construction projects. He can expertly guide us through the complexities of contract disagreements and complications. Bring your questions.
